Online Workshops

You need better strategic thinkers. Your team needs a common language–simple enough for the entire team but powerful enough to handle complex business challenges. Give us 30 minutes a day for five days and we’ll give you what you need.

Strategic Thinking for Business Leaders

In about 30 minutes a day over the course of one work week (5 days), we will guide you through a strategic decision, product, or project plan that’s already on your to-do list. By the end of the week, you’ll have learned a simple yet powerful new framework for strategy development and will be prepared to get your colleagues and employees thinking more clearly and communicating with a powerful common language.

Strategic Thinking for Non-Profit Leaders

In about 30 minutes a day over the course of one work week (5 days), we will guide you through our V-REEL™ Framework for strategy development. This workshop is designed to help you slow down and think strategically about who you need to create value for, how to do so in a way that is rare, and what things you need to put into place in order to maintain that value creation. By the end of the week, you’ll have learned a simple yet powerful new framework for strategy development and will have an action plan in place for moving forward.

“As a non-profit executive, I found the V-REEL™ framework to be highly effective in the development and implementation of strategy across the board. I recommend David’s book to experienced strategists looking to simplify complex concepts, but also to novice leaders looking to think strategically and communicate effectively. The non-profit sector is all about creating value for volunteers, donors, board members, staff, and the community. V-REEL™ is an evaluation tool and system framework I now use to drive the strategic development of the organization on every level.”
